Move your subscribers from Seal Subscriptions

Use the Seal import when your subscribers still live in Seal and you want Progus Subscriptions to recreate their active or paused subscriptions from the Seal API. The Seal importer is available on Free, Growth, Pro, Business and legacy Standard plans.

Step 1: Open the Seal importer

Open Import subscribers and click Import from here on the Seal Subscriptions card.

Step 2: Paste the Seal token

Paste the token into Seal Subscriptions API token.

Step 3: Preview the import

Click Preview import. The preview shows what can be imported, matched customers, subscribers with a payment method and matched products.

Step 4: Keep automatic cancellation on

Leave Cancel each subscription in Seal Subscriptions after importing it on to stop customers being charged twice.

Step 5: Choose what happens without a payment method

Choose Import as paused or Skip them for subscribers without a payment method in Shopify.

Step 6: Open the confirmation

Click the primary import button.

Step 7: Start the import

Click Start import.

What to do next

• Read Import subscriptions from another app if you need the CSV route instead.

• Open Find a subscription and read its details to check a few imported subscribers.

• Use Update a customer's address or payment method for subscribers you imported as paused.
