The upcoming order reminder emails customers before the next charge for an active subscription. It covers card renewals and Mollie SEPA direct debit.
Step 1: Open Notifications
In Progus Subscriptions, go to Settings → Notifications.
Step 2: Turn on the reminder
Turn on the switch beside Upcoming order reminder.
If no lead time was set, turning on the switch sets it to 14 days.
Step 3: Open the reminder
Click Upcoming order reminder to open its editor.
Step 4: Choose the timing
Enter a whole number from 0 to 30 in Days before the payment.
Step 5: Save the reminder
Click Save.
The app checks upcoming charges daily, and each billing cycle can trigger at most one reminder attempt within your lead-time window.
