The Free plan includes up to $500 of subscription revenue over the last 30 days.
Only subscription revenue processed through Progus Subscriptions counts, while one-off orders do not.
Step 1: Open your usage
Click Pricing in the app navigation.
Step 2: Check the rolling total
Read Subscription revenue, last 30 days to compare the amount used with the $500 included in your plan.
Step 3: Respond if you go over
Choose a paid plan before the date in the warning if you want to keep accepting new subscriptions without interruption.
What happens if you stay on Free
A warning appears when you reach 80% of the limit, but nothing is restricted at that point.
Going over the limit starts a 30-day grace period.
After the grace period, new sign-ups pause, while existing subscribers keep billing as normal.
What to do next
Compare the available plans in What each plan includes.
Learn why subscriber count does not set the limit in How many subscribers does the Free plan allow?.
Review store performance with Read your subscription analytics.
