After an iDEAL, Wero or Bancontact checkout, Progus tries to confirm the reusable direct debit immediately. If it cannot confirm it yet, the new Mollie subscription remains Waiting for direct debit while the app checks again.
Step 1: Open the subscriptions list
Open Subscriptions.
Step 2: Find the customer
Search for the customer's email address.
Step 3: Open the Mollie subscription
Open the matching row whose subscription ID begins with M.
Step 4: Check the badge
Read the badge beside the M-number on the subscription page.
Waiting for direct debit means the subscription is still being checked and does not yet increase the active subscription totals on Home or Subscribers.
Active means the reusable direct debit was confirmed and the subscription now counts as active.
Direct debit failed means the app could not complete the setup.
For a subscription that stays pending, the delayed checks can continue for about six days before the setup ends as failed.
