# Let customers change their delivery frequency

Let customers choose another delivery frequency offered by their subscription plan.

Turn on **Edit delivery frequency** to let customers choose only from the delivery frequencies offered by their subscription plan.

### Step 1: Open the portal settings

Go to **Settings** → **Customer portal**.

### Step 2: Allow frequency changes

Under **Subscription actions**, turn on **Edit delivery frequency**.

### Step 3: Save

Save the settings.

A customer can change a subscription's delivery frequency once per billing cycle.
